West Orange announced that it extends an invitation to everyone to attend the annual West Orange New Resident Picnic - an opportunity to delight in an afternoon of entertainment, food and refreshments while meeting current residents, Township officials, local organizations, clubs and groups, Township departments, local businesses and
each other.
